1. Well its amazing how much progress is made in just two days. Its amazing that the framing is done. I just wanted to let you know how happy I am right now we chose u guys to do the job. I am impressed by christophers attention to detail and professionalism. They have left my home clean and liveable. I was concerned with the safety once the ledge was built. Im not anymore as the temp rails and walls put up ensure 100% safety. I was even able to reinstall our baby gate at the top of the stairs. When I saw the attention that was given to safety, I said to chris, this is why we chose your company. Again thanks and see u next week.
2. Hey sandy, just got home and it looks amazing in here. The railings look beautiful. christopher came when it was done and cleaned the living room and took up all the dusty plastic. He really left it spic and span. It will be great for this weekend to have it this clean. Thank you very much. Its amazing that all that is left is paint stain and carpet. we couldn't be happier right now and we are very glad we picked ur company to do the job. Please share this email with christophers bosses and yours. You both have done such a great job responding and adressing our concerns. There was a small issue with the way the railing trim met the existing trim at the top of the stairs, chris worked with the stair guy to do it the way I requested. Again just another example of how great your company and christopher is at responding to concerns. I will show u monday what we did.

This again leads back to why I chose your company to do my remodel. You have stood by your word and provided great customer service. Also, everything looks amazing and when a friend or family walk in the door their jaw drops at what we have done. I actually had a friend state that it looks like this loft has always been their. I remember Sandra during the sales part of things making that same comment that the important part of a remodel is that when it is done you didn't know it was an addition.
Great work all around by every person that has walked in my door. Professional, courteous, and friendly. that goes for your staff and the subs

We have had a couple of months to enjoy the addition to our Master Bedroom and our refinished Basement. We wanted to thank you and the other folks in your company for the excellent experience we had from design to completion. Your company is truly customer-focused which is extremely gratifying to see in this "get things done as quickly as possible and then move on" age.
Specifically, we wanted to mention & thank:
- Dustin for his ability to listen to the customer, observe who the customers are and the way they live, and gently guide them toward a resonable and satisfying decision.
- Brad for providing the plans, working the schedule and logistics, and perfroming the project oversight.
- Christopher for his day to day site management, his wood crafting wizardry and creativity, and his patience for listening to and responding to our many questions.
We have already had several compliments, but more importantly the bathroom makes it more enjoyable to even get up and get going for work!
This is about the third project that we have done with McDoweell, and all have come out very well! Thank you!
We also wanted you to know we love our windows; they provide more light than we could ever have imagined. We love the blinds on the upper level front windows for privacy. The windows are easy to operate and look so much nicer than I would have ever imagined. We are so appreciative of all the patience you had with us and would like to give you the opportunity to work with us again on our bathroom project if you are up to the challenge!
As we enjoyed another evening in our "new" room that you and your team designed and built for us, I thought about sending you this overdue note of thanks. It is impossible to walk through our home and not see evidence of all the good work you've accomplished for us. From flooring to windows, painting, the addition, repairs, not to mention providing answers to a million questions - you and your team have been with us every step of the way. It has been a wonderful, successful partnership from our point of view. We are so grateful for the realtionship we have with you and all of the folks that McDowell the fantastic company that it is. You and Sue have made a remarkable contribution to our happiness and to the community as a whole. We thank you for your excellent support and friendship.
